A fast-growing recruitment and talent-solutions firm operating within the Staffing & HR‑Tech sector, focused on delivering enterprise and SMB hiring solutions and recruitment platform features. We build product-led tools that streamline candidate sourcing, client engagement, and placement workflows for on-site delivery teams.

Role Title: Product Manager (On-site, New York, NY)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap for core recruitment platform features—prioritise initiatives that drive client retention, placement velocity, and operational efficiency.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative research into clear product requirements, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner closely with engineering to deliver end-to-end features: sprint planning, backlog grooming, QA acceptance, and release management.
  • Design and run experiments (A/B tests), monitor product metrics, and iterate to optimise conversion and engagement funnels.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Operations to capture feedback, drive adoption, and coordinate go-to-market and launch plans.
  • Establish success metrics, dashboards, and post-launch monitoring to ensure continuous improvement and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and a track record of using analytics to influence product direction.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience preferred; ability to work on-site in New York City.
