We’re Hiring – Executive Assistant (Qatar)
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO in daily operations.
The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, internal coordination, communication, and project follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow and productivity across all ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, meetings, and priorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain alignment on tasks and deadlines.
- Organize and track documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare summaries, notes, and reminders to keep operations running efficiently.
- Assist with social media scheduling, content coordination, and light project management when required.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and initiative.
- Previous experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant (preferably in marketing, creative, or business environments).
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Based in Doha, Qatar.
- Valid ID and Driving License
