Job Description -

Mandatory Skills

1. Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.
2. Strong knowledge of integration architecture and OIC.
3. Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.
4. Proven ability to design real-time inbound/outbound integrations.
5. Familiarity with security roles, approval workflows, and compliance.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
2. Knowledge of Redwood UI, Page Composer, and HCM Experience Design Studio.
3. Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud and OCI.

Soft Skills

1. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
2. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
