Job Description

Mandatory Skills

1. Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM.
2. Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and compliance.
3. Hands-on experience with OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, and data migration strategies.
4. Proven ability to design real-time integrations between ERP and financial systems.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in global rollouts for finance transformation programs.
2. Knowledge of Tax, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Reporting tools.
3. Certifications in Oracle Fusion Financials and OCI.

Soft Skills

1. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
2. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor consultants.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
