We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team.

Job Description

• Improve the user experience of gamification features to increase engagement and motivation.
• Drive higher user participation in gamification activities through continuous optimization and new mechanics.
• Analyze and optimize both marketing and organic funnels to improve key conversion metrics.
• Monitor product stability, speed, and overall performance, reacting promptly to any anomalies.
• Manage domain-related operations, including renewal, acquisition, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Handle issues related to bans and ensure smooth operation across all product components.
• Own key engagement and performance metrics, including the percentage of users with medium and high involvement in gamification.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar analytical/product role
• Proven experience in the casino or iGaming industry
• Strong understanding of paid and organic traffic funnels within casino products
• Hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel performance improvement
• Ability to build and validate hypotheses based on analytical insights
• Deep understanding of player motivation and decision-making behavior
