Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Sourcing (Resource) Coordinator to join Miratech’s dynamic Sourcing team and contribute to our continued success. In this role, you will support sourcing activities, assist with documentation, and ensure the smooth execution of staffing and resource management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive candidate profiles that highlight key qualifications and assess their potential for client presentation.
  • Prepare and manage documentation while maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
  • Work with internal systems and databases to ensure efficient and organized workflows.
  • Support Sourcing Managers in daily activities and department initiatives such as project staffing and bench management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in IT administrative or business-related positions.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher (written and spoken).
  • Strong skills in document creation, writing, and proofreading (a plus).
  • Experience managing and processing large volumes of information and data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and accuracy.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of IT and related technologies will be considered an advantage.
