As Our Senior Intelligence Officer, You Will

  • Use various Intelligence and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools to gather, analyse, and interpret complex data related to fire ant eradication efforts.
  • Apply various intelligence analysis techniques and spatial analysis tools to interpret collected data. Identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform the NFAEP’s eradication strategies.

The Opportunity As Our Senior Intelligence Officer, You Will

  • Use various Intelligence and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools to gather, analyse, and interpret complex data related to fire ant eradication efforts.
  • Apply various intelligence analysis techniques and spatial analysis tools to interpret collected data. Identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform the NFAEP's eradication strategies.
  • Engage with program leaders and managers to share intelligence, coordinate efforts, and implement strategies for fire ant eradication.
  • Support the functioning of the intelligence capability in line with the intelligence cycle (direction, collection, analysis, and dissemination) to key stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing intelligence findings, trends, and recommendations. Present these reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all intelligence activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Participate in the evaluation of the effectiveness of intelligence tools and methodologies and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of intelligence operations.
