Role : Program Manager, Digital Transformation & Strategic Reporting

Role Objective
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Program Manager to serve as the critical communication bridge between our complex digital project portfolio and our executive leadership.
This is a high-visibility role with two primary functions:
- Strategic Reporting: You will own the creation and delivery of clear, concise, and insightful progress reports for our key digital programs. Your audience will span the entire business value chain (Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc.) and include regular presentations to our C-suite.
- Digital Evangelism: You will act as an internal consultant and evangelist, responsible for the "concept selling" of new digital transformation initiatives. You will help stakeholders understand the "art of the possible" and build compelling business cases to secure buy-in for future projects.
The ideal candidate is a master communicator, strategically-minded, and possesses a strong foundation in information systems and digital technology.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Stakeholder Reporting
- Design, implement, and manage a standardized reporting framework (dashboards, status reports, executive summaries) for a portfolio of digital projects.
- Translate complex technical project data (e.g., milestones, risks, budget variance, resource allocation) into clear, high-level business insights.
- Prepare and deliver polished, data-driven presentations for C-suite meetings, steering committees, and all-hands business reviews.
- Proactively communicate program status, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
- Tailor communication style and content depth appropriately for different audiences, from technical teams to non-technical executives.
2. Concept Selling & Change Management
- Partner with business unit leaders to identify pain points and opportunities that can be solved through digital transformation.
- Develop and articulate the business case for new digital concepts, focusing on business value, ROI, and strategic alignment.
- Create compelling narratives and presentations to "sell" these concepts internally, building consensus and enthusiasm.
- Act as a digital evangelist, helping to demystify new technologies (e.g., AI, automation, data analytics) and their practical application to our business.
3. Program Governance & Oversight
- Maintain a holistic view of multiple projects, managing interdependencies, and ensuring alignment with overarching strategic goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT, business units, and external vendors to ensure program success.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business value realization for all programs under your purview.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. or MBA with a specialization in IT, Systems Management, or Digital Transformation.
- Experience:
- [5-7+] years of experience in IT project/program management, technology consulting, or a related systems-focused role.
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience in preparing and delivering reports and presentations directly to senior management and C-level executives.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong foundational knowledge of modern information systems, digital ecosystems, and enterprise architecture (e.g., Cloud platforms, ERP/CRM systems, Data Analytics, APIs, SDLC).
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Core Competencies:
- Executive Presence: Confidence, credibility, and poise when interacting with the most senior leaders in the company.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to distill complex, technical information into simple, clear, and persuasive narratives (both written and verbal).
- Strategic & Business Acumen: An understanding of how technology drives business value, not just how it functions.
- Influence & Persuasion: Proven ability to "sell" ideas, build coalitions, and manage stakeholders without direct authority.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to tell a story and drive decisions.
Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile (e.g., CSM, SAFe) certification.
- Experience in a "Big 4" or similar management/IT consulting firm.
- Direct experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects (e.g., cloud migration, AI implementation, or major platform modernization).
