Job Title: Product Manager (Marketplace Operations & Supply)

Location: Fully remote (within 3 hours of UK time).

As we scale, we’re building out our product team to own more of Stasher’s growing marketplace.

You’ll work on improving how we onboard, manage and delight our hosts and locker partners, streamline workflows for our internal teams, and drive improvements that make our supply more reliable, efficient, and scalable. This is a hands-on role in a lean, fast-moving team where you’ll see the direct impact of your work every week.

Who we're looking for

You’re a product manager or associate PM with at least 2 years of experience shipping meaningful improvements in a tech environment. You’re curious, structured, and comfortable getting into the details, whether that’s mapping an ops workflow, debugging a host onboarding issue, or working with engineers to make a process faster. You love making systems work better, for users, for teammates, and for the business. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy variety, autonomy, and the chance to shape how product operates in a growing marketplace.

What you'll do

• Own supply-side product areas: Improve how hosts and locker partners onboard, manage capacity, and deliver a great traveller experience.
• Build better tools: Partner with our Customer Operations and Support teams to identify pain points and deliver internal product improvements that make their work faster and more efficient.
• Support marketplace quality: Develop systems and metrics that help us maintain a consistently high standard of service across thousands of locations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Supply, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver projects that cut across teams - from SEO improvements to booking flow enhancements.
• Get close to users: Run discovery with both sides of the marketplace to deeply understand their needs and translate insights into product priorities.
• Plan and ship: Write clear tickets, manage sprint priorities, and ensure impactful changes ship on time and with quality.

What we're looking for

• 2-4 years’ experience in product management or a related analytical / operations role in a tech company.
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking — able to map messy processes and identify leverage points.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver product improvements.
• Excellent communication and organisation — you keep stakeholders aligned and projects moving.
• A bias for action — comfortable working in ambiguity and learning through iteration.
• Bonus: experience with marketplaces, logistics, or internal tooling.
• Bonus: familiarity with SEO, analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, etc.), or light SQL skills.
