Professional Services & Enterprise Technology delivering complex IT, business transformation and infrastructure programmes for public- and private-sector clients across London. This on-site role is based in central London and focuses on high-visibility programmes that require strong programme governance, stakeholder management and measurable business outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery: define scope, develop detailed plans, set milestones and drive execution to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.
- Implement programme governance and controls: manage stage-gates, change-control, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and deliver timely formal reporting.
- Own project financials and commercials: build and track budgets, produce forecasts, manage invoicing and ensure vendor contractual compliance and SLAs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers: establish clear roles (RACI), resolve dependencies and ensure clean technical and business handovers.
- Engage senior stakeholders and drive decision-making: prepare executive updates, run steering committees and manage expectations across sponsors and business leads.
- Drive continuous improvement and delivery predictability: run post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned and implement remediation actions.
