Data Analyst - Alteryx

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Alteryx to support data processing, automation, and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Preparation & Workflow Automation

• Develop and optimize data workflows using Alteryx Designer.
• Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Excel, XML, CSV).
• Create complex macros and reusable components in Alteryx.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to support business decisions.
• Build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver insights.
• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Participate in peer reviews, testing, and validation of analytical outputs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in Alteryx, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with predictive modeling and segmentation.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure).
• Knowledge of statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, Python) is a plus.
• Exposure to marketing analytics, retail, or financial services domains.
