Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Alteryx to support data processing, automation, and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Preparation & Workflow Automation
- Develop and optimize data workflows using Alteryx Designer.
- Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Excel, XML, CSV).
- Create complex macros and reusable components in Alteryx.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to support business decisions.
- Build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver insights.
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Participate in peer reviews, testing, and validation of analytical outputs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Alteryx, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with predictive modeling and segmentation.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure).
- Knowledge of statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, Python) is a plus.
- Exposure to marketing analytics, retail, or financial services domains.
