Compliance Business Analyst

At Randstad Digital, we are looking for ab Compliance Business Analyst with Advanced English to join a leading global company specializing in Audit, Consulting, and Technology solutions.

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote.

Contract Type: Direct employment relationship with the client.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate directly with Compliance specialists to gather, analyze, and document regulatory requirements and technology projects.

-Perform product backlog management, including refining PBIs and assisting with prioritization under agile frameworks.

-Facilitate effective communication and develop documentation among data management, the internal compliance team, and other stakeholders.

-Provide support to stakeholders during access reviews and checkpoints, identifying and proposing process improvements.

-Contribute to knowledge management and documentation of IT compliance processes.

Mandatory Requirements:

-3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in IT projects.

-Experience, preferably within compliance, risk management, or IT audit environments.

-Proficiency in agile methodologies (Planner, management of sprints and backlogs) and business analysis tools.

-Basic knowledge of SQL.
