In the Role
The LX Product Manager will drive force in crafting and scaling an innovative suite of learning programs that bridge market needs and business ambitions. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the academy product portfolio, from research and strategy to launch and continuous improvement, fueling measurable impact for both learners and clients.
What you will do:
Library Management
- Conduct market and learner research to shape academy and product vision.
- Plan and prioritize new program development.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on positioning and attracting leads.
- Track and analyze product quality metrics and student feedback.
- Identify improvement areas and set refactoring priorities.
- Communicate changes with LX, marketing, and sales teams.
- Support sales in analyzing client requests and defining launch tasks.
- Develop success indicators for products and monitor post-launch quality.
- Coordinate launch activities with Student Success and LX teams.
- Course and client satisfaction (NPS, CSAT).
- % of upsell revenue.
- Ratio of client requests served by existing portfolio.
- Customization ROI and reuse rates.
- Product unit economics.
- Launch fulfillment SLAs.
- Proven experience in product management, ideally in education or EdTech.
- Strong background in market research, analytics, and business strategy.
- Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage budgets and product economics (costs, ROI, unit economics).
- Skilled in measuring product quality, learner outcomes, and client satisfaction.
- Experience launching and scaling digital products and managing product lifecycles.
- Remote, Full-time Contract position
- Level of freedom to determine the vision of projects and resources to achieve it. We don't believe in micromanaging
- Get hands-on experience in an ed-tech environment (learning tools and the ins and outs of online education for adults)
- Digital office. To keep our teamwork smooth, we use modern digital tools like Slack, Miro, Notion, Slack, etc
