We're looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Product/Project Manager to join our fast-growing AdTech SaaS team (20 people and growing).
Be the person who not only drives the product forward — but also builds the engine that drives growth. This means product leadership + building automated processes + hiring key

What We Do
- We build ad-server platforms and automation tools for monetizing online advertising.
- We already work with major international clients and are scaling fast.
- Lead product development (roadmap, backlog, analytics, customer discovery)
- Build and automate the sales funnel & marketing workflows
- Personally communicate with key clients when needed
- Help grow the team by hiring great people into the right roles
- 3+ years in Product/Project roles in AdTech SaaS or similar
- Strong understanding of digital advertising (RTB, DSP/SSP, header bidding)
- Proven experience in process automation & data-driven decisions
- You enjoy doing the work yourself — but know when and how to delegate
- Experience in hiring and team building
- English level C1+ (required)
- Russian level C1+ (required)
- Full ownership and high autonomy
