Role Description

To turn our existing Magento-based online store into a profitable and growing sales channel that serves customers in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania — and, in the future, across other European markets. The goal is to make the e-commerce channel a significant revenue source and a strategic growth engine for the company.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategy for e-commerce profitability and growth (market expansion, sales increase, margin improvement).

• Lead the expansion of the e-commerce market in the Baltics, including localization (languages, pricing, taxes, delivery methods, marketing).

• Evaluate and optimize the suitability and cost-effectiveness of the Magento platform; make recommendations for alternatives if needed.

• Ensure the right product assortment and pricing strategy in cooperation with the Purchasing Manager.

• Work closely with the sales team to create synergy between online and offline sales.

• Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns using digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, and other channels.

• Analyze performance and customer behavior, basing decisions on data insights.

• Be accountable for the profitability and overall performance of the e-commerce channel.


Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales management, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.

• Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem: platforms, logistics, taxation, localization, marketing, and analytics.

• Experience with market expansion or export projects (e.g., Baltics, Nordics).

• Strong business acumen — ability to balance profitability and costs and turn ideas into measurable results.

• Excellent project management and collaboration skills — able to connect marketing, purchasing, logistics, and sales into one cohesive system.

• Experience with the Magento platform or similar e-commerce systems is an advantage.

• Excellent command of Estonian and English; proficiency in Russian or Latvian/Lithuanian is considered a plus.
