Accountabilities:

  • Develop robust, scalable frontend features using AI-assisted tools to meet business and user requirements
  • Implement responsive designs ensuring consistent UI/UX across devices and browsers
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to maintain high quality and knowledge sharing
  • Optimize frontend performance using code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and other best practices
  • Create wireframes and mockups as needed to visualize and validate UI concepts quickly
  • Maintain and enhance the design system, identifying improvement opportunities with AI support
  • Contribute to frontend architecture decisions to support scalable and efficient development
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and provide accurate technical assessments


Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional frontend development experience at an expert level
  • Proven experience using AI coding tools in production environments
  • Strong prompt engineering skills and ability to evaluate AI-generated code critically for quality, security, and performance
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and effective in remote work settings
  • Proficiency with modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, build tools, and responsive design patterns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document workflows and share knowledge
