Accountabilities:
- Develop robust, scalable frontend features using AI-assisted tools to meet business and user requirements
- Implement responsive designs ensuring consistent UI/UX across devices and browsers
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to maintain high quality and knowledge sharing
- Optimize frontend performance using code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and other best practices
- Create wireframes and mockups as needed to visualize and validate UI concepts quickly
- Maintain and enhance the design system, identifying improvement opportunities with AI support
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions to support scalable and efficient development
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and provide accurate technical assessments
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience at an expert level
- Proven experience using AI coding tools in production environments
- Strong prompt engineering skills and ability to evaluate AI-generated code critically for quality, security, and performance
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and effective in remote work settings
- Proficiency with modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, build tools, and responsive design patterns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document workflows and share knowledge
