Join a stellar team of leaders and experts building the backbone of blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era. We are hiring a VP of Solutions Engineering to help financial institutions and enterprises adopt our platform with confidence and ease. This is a high-impact, strategic, and hands-on role where you will serve as the trusted technical advisor to CTOs, architects, and engineering teams at banks, fintechs, and enterprises.

You will sit at the intersection of engineering and customer success, equally comfortable whiteboarding ideas, writing code examples, and jumping on calls to assist customers. Your role is to architect complex integrations, guide clients through secure deployment, and drive successful, scaled adoption by pairing deep technical expertise with executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Guidance: Guide financial institutions through safe and seamless onboarding to our platform, serving as a technical thought leader
  • Architecture Design: Architect secure, scalable deployment pathways that fit into complex legacy and modern systems (microservices, serverless)
  • Hands-on Support: Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, fixing, and building solutions alongside client teams
  • Pre-Sales Partnership: Collaborate closely with the sales team to design technical proposals, cutting-edge demos, and detailed RFP responses
  • Documentation & Standards: Maintain and improve technical documentation and developer guides to industry standards
  • Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback, analyze competitors, and turn those insights into actionable product and API improvements
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and customer meetings as a technical subject matter expert

Requirements

  • Experience & Leadership: 10+ years in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or enterprise integration, with proven leadership experience
  • Track Record: Proven track record helping financial institutions deploy mission-critical systems
  • Languages & APIs: Proficient in TypeScript (or similar languages) with strong API experience (REST)
  • Cloud & Architecture: Deep knowledge of cloud-native systems (AWS essential; GCP/IBM/Thales a plus), microservices, and serverless architectures
  • Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of enterprise security compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS)
  • Skills: Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering under pressure. Excellent communicator, able to bridge technical and business threads
  • Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, and financial workflows is strongly preferred
  • Certifications (Plus): Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) a plus; multilingual fluency is also valued

Benefits

  • Compensation: Highly competitive salary range of €160,000-€240,000 per year (full-time)
  • Equity: Generous equity package (100-200 stock options vested over 4 years)
  • Location: European Union (Remote-First), with office optionality
  • Perks: Comprehensive Healthcare, pension plan, and coverage for travel expenses
  • Equipment: Provided with a MacBook Pro + essential equipment
  • Impact: Executive-level role driving the adoption of next-generation financial infrastructure for major institutions
