Role Description

This is a full-time remote Junior Product Manager role. The Junior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, create roadmaps, and ensure timely feature delivery. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progression, gathering customer feedback, supporting market research, and assisting in prioritizing feature development. The role also involves contributing to the continuous improvement of product strategies and aligning them with business goals.

Qualifications

• Product management-related skills, including product roadmapping, feature prioritization, and backlog management
• Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with engineering, marketing, and design teams
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to gather and interpret customer feedback and market data
• Technical understanding of software development workflows and digital tools is a plus
• Experience with customer-centric approaches, such as user research or design thinking, is a plus
• Demonstrated adaptability in remote working environments
