We are seeking a versatile and motivated Software Engineer with strong experience in Vue.js and .NET , who will play a key role in the development of new applications and features. While PHP is part of the existing technology stack, its usage is limited to maintenance and bug fixes. The primary focus of this role will be on building and enhancing applications using the latest in Vue.js and .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using .NET Core and Vue.js.
  • Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of new projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs in legacy PHP/Laravel codebases as needed.
  • Write clean, testable, and scalable code, with a focus on maintainability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Primary Technologies (Focus Areas):

  • C# / .NET Core / .NET Framework:
    • 2+ years of professional experience in C# development.
    • Strong expertise in .NET Core and .NET Framework.
    • Familiarity with NuGet dependency management.
    • Experience developing APIs and backend services.
  • Vue.js and Frontend Development:
    • Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js and TypeScript.
    • Understanding of frontend state management (Vuex or Pinia), routing, and component-based architecture.
    • Familiar with Node.js-based package management (npm/yarn).
    • Bonus: Experience with React or Angular.
Supporting Technologies (Maintenance and Legacy Support):

  • PHP and Laravel:
    • 3+ years of PHP experience (used primarily for bug fixes and legacy maintenance).
    • Experience with Laravel framework is helpful.
Databases and Systems:

  • Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Comfortable working in both Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) environments.
  • Capable of troubleshooting and supporting .NET Core applications in Linux.

Scripting and Automation:

  • Proficiency in writing Linux shell scripts and Windows PowerShell.
  • Optional: Familiarity with Python or Perl scripting.

Software Engineering Best Practices:

  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and software design patterns.
  • Experience with Unit Testing; familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Git and modern version control workflows.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and adopt new technologies.
  • Passionate about writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
