Business Analyst - Corporate Credit
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract: Initial 6-month contract
Client: Banking
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our banking client's team in Dublin on an initial 6-month contract. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Corporate or SME Credit processes and experience working on complex banking systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-impact programme within a leading financial institution.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements.
Work closely with technology teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
Support end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
Conduct impact analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis for credit-related systems and workflows.
Assist with testing activities, including the creation of test scenarios and validation of results.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with internal teams and stakeholders.
Support implementation and post-deployment validation activities.
7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of Corporate Credit processes (SME Credit experience will also be considered).
Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with Core Banking systems is advantageous but not essential.
Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment.
Duration: 6 months initially (with potential extension)
Location: Dublin (Hybrid working model)
Day Rate: Competitive, depending on experience
