About Your New Job

  • Review and approve NPI Project Proposals through the Gate process.
  • Conduct research and gather competitive product information to support new product proposals.
  • Prepare Technical & Commercial Feasibility Studies for new product proposals.
  • Update and maintain NPI procedures in line with company requirements.
  • Prepare or support the team in preparing Project Plans, including scope, budgets, and schedules.
  • Establish project team and resource planning.
  • Conduct project reviews with the team and management, ensuring progress updates.
  • Maintain documentation of all project aspects.
  • Maintain relationships with OEMs for repair approval processes.
  • Determine preferred technology and process equipment for repairs.
  • Support the team in following best practices for product/repair introduction.
  • Identify requirements of all stakeholders (Production, Quality, EH&S, Maintenance).
  • Procure new equipment for product introduction as per company procedures.
  • Provide necessary product information to Commercial for product launch.
  • Conduct final project review with Operations/Quality/EH&S to close and sign off the product transfer.
  • Provide direction and leadership to team members on assigned projects.
  • Present progress reports at management reviews.
  • Liaise with OEMs and EASA Design Organisation for approval of substantiation packages.
  • Conduct management reviews upon project completion to verify success and record lessons learned.


What Skills You Need

  • Minimum Bachelor's Honours Degree level, preferably in Materials, Metallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Project Management or Engineering Lead role.
  • Ability to understand complex processes involving multiple disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Disciplined structured approach to defining and qualifying process stability (Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Strong project leadership and team leadership skills.
  • Competent communication and report writing skills.
