Job Description

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Financial Services (HPEFS) offers university students the opportunity to join a leading Digital Strategy team through our Internship Program. You’ll be immersed in a high-impact, collaborative environment that bridges strategic process design, digital implementations and full project lifecycle.

As part of our Digital Strategy organization, you’ll be exposed to diverse initiatives that span project management, internal stakeholder engagement, business requirements definition and user testing, and have the chance to focus on a particular area to make an impact. You’ll work alongside Product Owners, IT and process owners who are driving change across our business.

This is a dynamic opportunity for students who want to build practical experience in digital execution, business process management and data-driven decision-making.

Start Date: 12. January 2026 or later

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

Mandatory: You must be enrolled at a university throughout the duration of the internship

What You’ll Do

As a member of the Digital Strategy internship program, you may:

  • Support business requirements definition by helping to capture and document clear business outcomes, identifying inefficiencies, and observing existing business challenges
  • Assist product owners with project management, which may include building project plans, project team engagement and follow up
  • Assist with change management tasks including communication and training preparation
  • Participate in user acceptance testing where you may help with defining and documenting test cases, learn about test tools and support the monitoring and measurement of test results
  • Be part of ad hoc focused support teams for problem analysis, or team deep dives into operational pain points.
  • Collaborate with Product owners and project leads to prepare materials, stakeholder summaries, or project plans related to cross-functional priorities.
  • Gain exposure to industry tools and techniques for Project Management, Use Case Testing

What You’ll Need

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm for digital tools, streamlining and improving process exection and real-world operational challenges.
  • Ability to manage your time, balance competing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Curiosity, a learning mindset, and interest in working with a diverse, globally distributed team.
