Role

The Account & Project Manager is responsible for managing strategic and operational relationships with national and international clients, coordinating both internal and external teams to deliver high-impact communication and brand management projects. This role entails direct supervision of workflows, ongoing interaction with high-level decision-makers, deliverable management, and tracking of project performance and KPIs.

The position requires advanced autonomy in project and client management, with responsibility for leading teams, representing Blossom’s values, and making key decisions in high-stakes contexts. You will take on leadership duties as needed, both internally and externally, ensuring continuity and excellence in delivery. The role also includes preparation, review, and negotiation of client estimates and quotes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with Blossom’s commercial strategy.


What you'll Do (key responsibilities)

  • Independent management of integrated communications projects, in collaboration with strategic, creative, and production teams.
  • Ongoing coordination of relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders at all decision-making levels.
  • Collection and analysis of briefs, definition of project objectives, and design of effective solutions for successful project delivery.
  • Planning and monitoring project tasks, schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Preparation of project documentation, reporting, presentations, and client-facing materials.
  • Supervision of deliverable production, ensuring alignment with client guidelines and Blossom’s quality standards.
  • Support activities on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Organization and management of feedback and alignment sessions with complex, multinational stakeholders.
  • Presentation and communication of results, insights, and actionable recommendations for continuous process improvement.
  • Preparation, management, and submission of client cost estimates and proposals; coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure estimates reflect resource requirements and strategic priorities.
  • Direct involvement in negotiating, aligning, and finalizing project budgets and commercial terms with clients, proactively monitoring changes or additions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project management of tender submissions: coordination and supervision of internal teams working on the preparation of tender proposals, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery of all required materials in line with client and regulatory expectations.
  • Acting as a key point of reference for the team, providing daily operational guidance and support to colleague.
  • Proactively identifying process improvements, challenging the status quo, and promoting Blossom’s culture and values by driving innovation within the team’s workflow.
  • Mentoring junior staff, facilitating professional growth within the team, and ensuring knowledge sharing of best practices.
  • Handling crisis management situations autonomously, anticipating issues and initiating appropriate escalation or solutions without direct supervision.


What You Bring (minimum requirements)

  • Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, International Relations, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role at a communication agency or consulting firm.
  • Full autonomy in managing national and international clients.
  • Fluent English (C1 written and spoken), with a track record in international project contexts; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the development and execution of distinctive, results-driven branding and communication strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; reliability under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Curiosity and genuine passion for innovation, with a strong interest in digital, AI solutions, and new technologies.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a desire to question old habits and adapt to change.
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to operate in a high-expectation context.
