Product Owner

Mapon, a leading fleet management SaaS company and part of the Draugiem Group, is looking for a Product Owner to join our Tachogram team — an innovative digital tachograph data analysis platform (tachogram.com).

Tachogram helps transport companies and drivers stay compliant, improve safety, and manage tachograph data easily. We’re building tools that simplify complex regulations and give customers valuable insights into their operations.

🧩 Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Product Owner who’s curious, analytical, and focused on creating real customer value.

You enjoy talking to users, digging into data, and turning insights into direction. You can balance long-term vision with short-term priorities and guide your team to deliver impactful results.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional product team — working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to make sure we build the right things, the right way.

🌟 What You’ll Do

Your main goal will be to own and grow the Tachogram product area, from understanding customer needs to delivering measurable outcomes.

You Will

• Talk to customers and partners to understand their needs, pain points, and ideas.
• Look at market trends and competitors to spot opportunities for growth.
• Use feedback and data to discover insights and define clear problems to solve.
• Turn insights into product goals, priorities, and success measures.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to make smart trade-offs.
• Create and communicate your product roadmap so everyone understands the plan and priorities, and the “why” behind each decision
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, and sales to turn ideas into successful releases.
• Support product launches and help ensure customers adopt new features smoothly.
• Use data to measure performance, check results, and guide future decisions.
• Keep the team and stakeholders aligned on goals, progress, and outcomes.
• Track results, learn continuously, and adjust direction when needed.
  
  

🔗 What We Expect From You

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS/digital company, ideally B2B.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams using agile ways of working.
• Solid understanding of the product development process end-to-end: discovery → scoping → planning → delivery → launch → iteration.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, and sales.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and user research methods.
• Ability to define clear problems, goals, and success metrics.
• Comfortable with data and analytics tools; you make data-informed decisions and measure impact.
• Strong curiosity and initiative — you like to explore new ideas, test hypotheses, and learn from results.
• Passion for innovation and creating real value for customers.
• Fluent English (Latvian is a plus) (needed as we work in international teams).
