Your day-to-day:
- Develop clear hypotheses and analyze customer behavior to better understand our users and uncover improvement opportunities;
- Deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations;
- Proactively identify and suggest improvement areas to senior management;
- Define key metrics and build dashboards and reports to monitor them;
- Build forecast models to support business development;
- Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed;
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- 3–5 years’ experience in an analytical role;
- Strong knowledge of SQL;
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (we use Power BI, but Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Grafana, or similar tools are also great);
- Proven ability to formulate and test hypotheses about business performance;
- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to find smart workarounds when data is limited;
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings
- Nice to have:
- Experience with data modeling;
- Experience working with Python
- Gross salary: 3200 - 5200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
