Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and eager to create real business impact? We’re looking for a Data Scientist (mid or senior level) to join our team and drive innovation in pricing and beyond!
Your Role:
- Develop and implement advanced analytics models in pricing or other business areas.
- Design and manage data, model training and implementation pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment and automation of models.
- Explore new data sources, integrating additional features to enhance predictive power.
- Collaborate with underwriting, other business units and IT to deploy models and provide analytical support, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in pricing, data and analytics initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency.
- Senior role also includes code and model peer reviews, mentoring colleagues and sharing best practices.
- Higher education in Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- Experience in actuarial pricing, data science or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in data processing (e.g. Python, SQL), modeling (e.g. GLM, machine learning), analysis and results presentation.
- Familiarity with versioning and deployment practices would be an advantage (e.g. Git, API).
- Analytical mindset – problem solver with teamwork, communication skills and passion for data-driven insights, innovation and business impact.
- Fluent in English.
