Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Project Manager, you will:
- Evaluate and analyze existing company processes to identify improvement areas.
- Develop and maintain clear process documentation and standards.

- Coordinate and manage implementation of projects and smaller-scale improvements together with business and IT teams in Senukai group of companies.
- Assess how established processes perform in day-to-day operations.

- Experience in process management or project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Precision, responsibility, and a proactive mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
- Interest in working with documentation and process development.
- Excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills.

- Monthly salary: from 3000 EUR gross (depending on experience).
