✨ The Mission: Lead a Critical Dual-Role Project

We are seeking a highly experienced, multi-skilled professional to join our Learning Zone team. Your primary focus will be to lead the design and development of a mission-critical new front-end application ("Create Course" Action App) for a large-scale Course and Event management system.

This role requires a unique fusion of skills, balancing advanced Front-End Development leadership with significant experience in E-Learning Design and Content Creation.

💻 Primary Responsibilities

You will be the key technical designer and implementer for the core application, while also dedicating time to broader e-learning needs:

• Design & Prototype Leadership: Lead interface design, prototyping, and gathering comprehensive user feedback (from end-users and instructors) for the new application.
• Front-End Implementation: Execute the full implementation and deployment, utilizing ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• System Integration: Design necessary API calls, ensure seamless integration into the existing enterprise application framework, and manage testing/validation protocols.
• E-Learning & Content: Undertake ad-hoc Front-End and E-Learning design/development tasks (up to 160 days/year), including producing e-learning storyboards through collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

🔑 Mandatory Professional Experience (Minimum 5+ Years)

We require a proven track record, with at least 5+ years of professional experience in the following key areas:

• Front-End Core: Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ASP.NET MVC programming (using Visual Studio).
• Design Expertise: Extensive experience analysing functional requirements and designing robust interface prototypes.
• E-Learning Development: Hands-on experience in e-learning development, proficiency with authoring/rapid tools, and at least 1 year creating content/courses in an LMS.
• DevOps Workflow: Experience with package managers (npm) and using modern code management tools like DevOps or GitHub.
• Communication: Fluent written and spoken English is essential for technical and non-technical liaison.

❗ Highly Valued Experience: Direct experience in an Air Traffic Management (ATM) context, or proficiency with specialized tools like Articulate Rise, Adobe Suite, or a specific enterprise LMS like IMC Learning Suite.
