Front-end developer – Windhof, Luxembourg

Your role

Back-End Development (Node.js)

• Design and develop robust and high-performance REST APIs.
• Ensure backend service integration with various databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / NoSQL).
• Implement and maintain business logic for applications.
• Participate in architectural decisions (microservices, modularity, etc.).

Front-End Development (Angular)

• Implement modern, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces with Angular and TypeScript.
• Ensure front-end code quality and performance optimization for a smooth user experience.
• Work closely with UX/UI specialists to translate mockups into concrete features.

Aside from being a Tech Wiz, We Expect You to

• Translate functional requirements into innovative technical solutions.
• Predict functional and performance impacts of changes.
• Suggest improvements to existing technical solutions.
• Grasp nuances of structured and multilingual document management.

Your profile

• A degree in computer science or its equivalent with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a similar tech space.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency with the Angular framework (recent versions) and TypeScript.
• Expertise in back-end development with Node.js, ideally with the NestJS and/or Fastify frameworks.
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS.
• Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and version control systems.
• Familiarity with REST API principles and microservices architecture.

Crucial Soft Skills

• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Stellar team player with excellent communication skills.
• Quick learner with adaptability at the core.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.

Valued Assets Include

• Experience with AWS.
• Experience in document management, especially in the legal field.
• Experience with collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Teams.
• Experience with Figma.
• Experience using a CI/CD pipeline.
