Job Description:

Are you ready to discover the role of an IT Videoconference Support Specialist?

As an IT Videoconference Support Specialist, you will:

  • Participate in configuration of videoconferencing environments.
  • Test and administer applications and videoconferencing-related IT equipment.
  • Assist staff members' requests for video conferencing (creation of meeting, support) Webex and MS teams. and provide assistance for the events, webinar videoconferencing requests.
  • Be the point of contact for escalation for videoconferencing issues and meeting rooms.
  • Provide deskside support for hardware, software and printer issues.
  • Provide support for mobile devices and scan devices for spywares (IOS, Android)
  • Assist in installation of the devices and certificates.
  • Document operational support procedures and draft technical content for knowledge database.

Qualifications:

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Familiarity with common PC videoconferencing tools: Webex, Cisco Jabber, MS Teams, Skype, Cisco Webmeeting, Interactio, Barco, Cisco video conferencing systems etc.
  • Fluency and communication skills in both English/French.
  • Good skills in all of the MS office applications and end user computers.
  • Being highly autonomous and broadly IT skilled.
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows environment.
  • ITIL V4 Foundation Certified - strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of additional official EU languages, specifically German would be considered as an advantage.
