- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and developing Web Services (REST / SOAP).
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker, working with Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEs.
- End-to-end delivery mindset, including development, deployment, and post go-live maintenance/support.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Direct customer-facing experience is essential.
