Emagine is currently looking for a Fullstack Developer (Mid/Senior) to join a long-term assignment in Maia (Portugal), with 2 days per week on-site.

The selected professional will work on both frontend and backend components, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless integration across multiple systems and AI platforms.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain core application components (Container Apps) within an Azure cloud environment.
• Develop and enhance both frontend (React) and backend (Python/Django) features.
• Build and orchestrate agent pipelines using frameworks such as LangGraph.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) methodologies, including chunking, indexing, and hybrid search (e.g., OpenSearch, vector databases).
• Integrate with AI Foundry and various LLM models in an agnostic approach.
• Develop and manage REST APIs for internal services and business systems.
• Support CI/CD automation and version control using Git.
• Optimize application traceability, debugging, and performance.
• Support the productization and stabilization phases of business units.
• Maintain and evolve the Knowledge Base and backoffice admin interfaces.

You bring:

• 4+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and Django for backend development.
• Strong experience with React for frontend development.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Proven ability in microservices architecture and API development (REST).
• Experience with LangGraph, Haystack, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts (chunking, indexing, search).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).
• Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations (AI Foundry or similar).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English.
