🔎 We are looking for a Cyber Governance Specialist.




This role ensures alignment with cybersecurity standards, regulations, and best practices to protect IT assets and sensitive data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks, with the ability to manage complex reporting and steer compliance initiatives at a strategic level.





Main Tasks:

  • Ensure the entity’s compliance with cybersecurity regulations and frameworks (ISO, NIST, DORA, etc.).
  • Oversee and implement cyber governance practices.
  • Ensure conformity with internal cyber policies and procedures.
  • Define and maintain IT security policies within the scope of responsibility.
  • Monitor the formalization and execution of cyber controls.
  • Track and follow up on ongoing conformity and remediation actions.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed conformity reports and dashboards to top management.
  • Raise awareness among employees on cybersecurity practices and compliance requirements.





Main Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, governance, or risk management roles.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and ability to translate them into internal policies.
  • Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with control processes and operational verification.
  • General knowledge of cybersecurity risks and frameworks.
  • Ability to assess, challenge, and provide risk opinions on new projects or activities.
  • Strong management-oriented profile (reporting, communication, stakeholder engagement).
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (B2+).
