About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Project Manager to lead and oversee key transformation and transfer projects at our Porto Alto manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
As the Site Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale supply chain and operational initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to optimise processes, strengthen governance, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all site-level project management activities, ensuring governance, reporting, and methodologies are effectively applied.
- Manage project delivery end-to-end, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT to deliver seamless project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process optimisation and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement communication and change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project objectives are achieved.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in supply chain management, including at least 3 years of site-level project management experience.
- Proven success in leading and delivering large-scale projects within a complex, global organisation.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Desirable:
- Experience within an FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment.
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
