Mellon Systems and Services d.o.o seeks to hire an ATM Software Specialist to join our FinTech team and work with leading banks across Southeastern Europe!


Responsibilities

  • Develop & support ATM applications (NDC, KAL/K3A, ProCash).
  • Integrate ATM solutions with EMV and ISO8583 systems
  • Ensure smooth ATM operations by monitoring performance and resolving incidents promptly
  • Perform software upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure system reliability and security
  • Support project implementation, including piloting and rollout of ATM software solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely resolution and root-cause analysis
  • Collaborate with internal team and clients to deliver customized ATM functionalities
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and client requirements


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in ATM software development, integration, or support within banking or fintech environments
  • Knowledge of EMV standards, ATM applications, and transaction processing systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
