At Omnia where we’re building the platform for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). In plain words: we help professionals and agencies understand and improve how their clients appear across AI search engines. It’s a new kind of visibility, and we’re making it usable.

We’re looking for a second designer to join the team. Someone who doesn’t rush to Figma, who writes to think, and who believes that design is an act of understanding, not decoration.

Here’s what working here looks like:

  • You own your work from idea to release, in 4-week cycles that actually finish.
  • You write clear documentation and participate in a culture where writing is design.
  • You balance clarity and realism: no theater, no “innovation” for its own sake.
  • You work asynchronously, protect your focus, and collaborate with people who do the same.
  • You stress-test ideas before falling in love with them.
  • You design for independent professionals managing multiple clients at once.

You’ll probably enjoy it if:

  • You think design is a way of reading the world: philosophy, literature, behavior.
  • You can explain your decisions in writing, and you welcome questions.
  • You’re pragmatic. You know what “good enough” means, and when it’s not.
  • You want to make AI optimization accessible to small teams, not just big companies.
  • You like working with autonomy that’s real, not performative.

A few things about how we work:

  • Cycles, not chaos: 1 week planning, 3 weeks of focused execution.
  • Async-first: most of our work happens in writing. Meetings are rare and intentional.
  • High standards, low drama: we care about depth and clarity, not polish for its own sake.
  • Remote, calm, intense: we work hard, but we don’t do urgency theater.

If this sounds like the kind of work that makes sense to you, come help us make AI search human.
