We’re seeking a Senior Research / AI Engineer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and a passion for driving innovation in Natural Language Processing and Generative AI. You’ll be at the forefront of developing, optimizing, and deploying production-ready AI solutions that power next-generation applications.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Lead the full lifecycle of LLM-driven projects — from research and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
• Work hands-on with state-of-the-art models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Mistral, Gemini, Gemma) to design new features and intelligent products.
• Apply fine-tuning, model distillation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance performance and contextual accuracy.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code to support robust AI systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into production-grade solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and applying the latest breakthroughs in AI/ML and NLP.

✅ What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Research.
• Strong programming skills in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning or distillation.
• Proven ability to design, train, and deploy ML models at scale.
• Solid grounding in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to lead technical initiatives independently.

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Contributions to AI research (publications or open-source projects).
• Familiarity with GCP, Vertex AI, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
