Your profile

We are looking for an HR Generalist, who will provide end-to-end human resources support at our Swiss production facility. This role is ideal for an adaptable self-starter who can manage all core HR activities independently in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR operations at the production site, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration, and compliance
  • Advise line managers and staff on HR policies, employment law, and best practices in the regulated cannabis sector
  • Manage HR documentation, records, and data according to Swiss labor law and internal standards
  • Implement initiatives to support employee engagement, health, safety, and well-being
  • Coordinate staff training and skills development initiatives
  • Support performance management, feedback, and appraisal processes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and issues at the production facility

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as the sole HR professional at an agriculture, production or manufacturing facility in Switzerland
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law, industrial relations, and workplace safety
  • Ability to manage diverse tasks autonomously with a solution-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • An HRSE or an HR Fachfrau/Fachmann diploma
  • Experience in regulated industries, ideally cannabis, FMCG or pharmaceuticals
