THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
- Establish and maintain a trust relationship with the Business Stakeholders.
- Support our strategic enterprise platform within the Human Resources processes and solution lifecycle (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors), as well as any other Technology related products within the HR Technology landscape.
- Be accountable for the complete lifecycle of the Products in scope; Including demand, delivery, operations, and release planning.
- Manage incident, change and problem management including hands-on 1st and 2nd level support (SAP configuration/customizing) and 3rd level support delivery by managing external IT partners.
- Create and agree together with the Business Stakeholders a Product long-term vision, roadmap, and strategy.
- Build and maintain Product awareness and coordinate the Product Roadmap across Products.
- Create and maintain the Product backlog according to the priorities given by the Business Stakeholders.
- Lead the Product Backlog delivery ensuring continuous acceptance from the business throughout the delivery.
- Ensure the Product delivers a high-quality User Experience.
- Understand the Product requirements and propose innovative solutions.
- Facilitate the engagement and coordination of all IT capabilities, as well as the non-IT areas involved, during the Product Lifecycle, such as IT Architecture, IT Security, Legal, Procurement, Branding, among others.
- Facilitate and drive the actions that lead to the definition of the Product budget, as well as ensuring its efficient management and utilization throughout the Product Lifecycle.
- Identify risks relevant to the Product and propose risk treatment strategies.
- Plan and run regular Product Board meetings.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Robust knowledge and understanding of HR Personnel Administration, Org. Management, Swiss Payroll, Time, Performance and Learning Management Processes.
- Nice to have: Certification on one or more of different delivery methodologies (Professional Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP)Customer and results oriented.
- Open to learn new skills.
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and active listening communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Proven ability to manage teams remotely.
- At least 10 years hands-on SAP experience in HR including customizing and custom development, logical design on SAP HR PA/OM/PY, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Compensation, Performance and Learning management and ad-hoc reporting tools.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner within the IT field.
- Very Good knowledge in SAP HCM and Payroll.
- Very Good knowledge of SAP Success Factors.
- Nice to have: Knowledge in UKG PeopleDoc, ATOSS Time Management, SwissPlus Reference Letter.
- Proven record of successful deliveries of various complexities within Global and Multi-cultural organizations.
- Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in implementation.
- Experience in requirements gathering for applications and subsequent translation of requirements in user stories.
- Experience in Service Management and ITIL Framework is an advantage.
- Experience in the Sports industry is an advantage.
- Perfect knowledge of English
- Business Fluency in German is mandatory
