What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of your product(s), from strategy and planning to execution and delivery
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure alignment with product vision and company goals
- Maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap that supports the broader Caseware portfolio
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
- Engage directly with internal stakeholders, customers, and distributors to gather feedback and ensure product relevance
- Contribute to long-term product vision and influence strategic decisions within your product area
- Support and mentor peers, sharing knowledge and best practices across the product organization
- Participate in special projects that enhance process efficiency or strategic alignment
- Represent the product team in discussions with senior management and external partners
- 3+ years of product management experience in a technology or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to deliver initiatives successfully and on schedule
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans
- A track record of collaboration and leadership within cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset — ability to balance immediate goals with long-term vision
- Deep curiosity about how your product fits within the broader business and market landscape
- Experience with go-to-market (GTM) activities and a customer-first approach to product development
- Desire to mentor others and continuously improve team performance
