Specifically, you will be required to:

  • As a Business Analyst, you will ensure the link between the company's IT technology and its business and operational objectives.
  • You will help the business to implement technical solutions by determining the requirements of a project/program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders and partners.
  • Research, analyze and evaluate requirements for enhancing the existing or for developing new IT applications and operating systems, design, develop, test and maintain software solutions to meet these requirements.
  • Define and document the functions and business processes of the client.
  • Analyze the feasibility and elaborate the requirements for new systems or evolutions of the existing systems.
  • Work with the business in defining the training material and assist to training sessions, if needed for the tools in the team’s perimeter.
  • Recommend solutions for implementation, in collaboration with other internal actors.
  • Coordinate and contribute to UAT tests.
  • Manage complex tool issues, identifies possible improvements in the tools, processes or procedures and participates in their implementation, most of the times working with different teams from HR or IT departments and with the vendor teams.
  • Specifically, you will contribute to projects / evolutions related to Social Policies tools by:

- Holding and attending regular meetings with the business.

- Coordinating, monitoring and prioritizing the HR referentials analysis in order to understand the complex needs of clients and transpose them into functional specifications.

- Performing tool configurations and testing.

- Following the implementation of other specifications with DEV teams / vendor teams.

- Coordinate the ongoing related activities.



  • A little about You:
  • Professional experience:


o At least 2 years of experience as Business Analyst

o At least 2 years of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

o Previous business analyst working experience on HR tools represents a real advantage

o Agile methodology knowledge and experience - it’s a plus

o Knowledge of French social legislation is nice to have


  • Studies:

o University studies completed (Bachelor and/or master’s degree), preferable in IT or Economics


  • Foreign languages:

o B2 in English, B2 in French - mandatory


  • Skills:

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing abilities and presentation skills

o Autonomy, self-learner, ability to perform in a fast paced, multi-cultural team

o Proactive and reactive attitude, team spirit, client oriented

o Excellent analytical skills, including analytical thinking, attention to details

o Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to gather information from multiple sources

o Understanding of software development lifecycle

o Ability to analyze, evaluate and integrate business processes and procedures
