Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

• 5 years commercial experience in a Business Analyst role.
• You’ll work closely with clients, Technical Leads and Product Owner to identify the best-in-class solution to fit client's need and detail business and technical requirements to meet the identified solution
• You will be leading the elicitation of business, technical and operational requirements and modelling activities in a complex domain
• You’ll plan medium backlogs of requirements across vendors/3rd parties and ensure scope is well understood by everyone in the Scrum delivery team
• You will be working with delivery teams to plan, prioritize and estimate work
• You can challenge scope and priorities in a product team to ensure the right business value is being delivered
• You’ll facilitate communication of key development insights and findings to delivery teams and remove impediments
• You’ll facilitate workshops to identify requirement gaps, interdependencies between backlog items
• You can identify and communicate cross domain dependencies and impacts new initiatives have on the domain and product team
• You’ll collaborate with PO to maximize value for Product Backlog prioritization
• You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with client stakeholders regarding the implementation of changes
• You’ll have Agile Delivery methodologies knowledge and maybe a bit of understanding of SAFe
• And finally, you’ll have experience in collaborating with geographically distributed teams
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience across the Financial Services, Government and Public Sector, or Life Sciences and Healthcare industries.
• Knowledge of various management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Trello and other Agile Tools to help manage the backlog and the product delivery.
• Postman experience to interact with and test APIs, ensuring that the required technical solutions are validated.
• SQL knowledge to manage data within databases for analysis and operational purposes.
• Experienced in debugging issues to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems in both business and technical processes.
