About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategically minded Business Analytics Manager to join a leading company in the healthcare sector, specialized in reproductive medicine. This is a key role to drive data-based decision-making and scale advanced analytics across the organization.
You will work cross-functionally with operations, medical leadership, and strategic teams to develop predictive models with direct impact on clinical and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics models, including regression, forecasting, and machine learning projects using clinical and operational data.
- Deliver insights that improve process efficiency, resource planning, and demand prediction.
- Automate strategic reporting and develop dynamic dashboards in collaboration with internal teams.
- Work closely with data engineers and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data quality and governance across all analytical processes.
- Identify and integrate new data sources (internal and external) to enrich business insights.
Technology Stack You Will Use
- Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, Prophet, etc.)
- SQL
- Data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Regression, classification, and time series forecasting models
- Experience with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus
Requirements
- Academic background in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Quantitative Economics, or similar fields.
- Proven experience using Python for advanced analytics, regression modeling, and machine learning.
- Experience in developing and deploying forecasting and time series models.
- Strong ability to communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in healthcare or regulated environments is highly valued.
