A Luxury brand is seeking a Product Quality Manager to lead its European Care Department, based in Amsterdam.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Quality team, ensuring rigorous inspection, standardized procedures, and continuous process improvement
- Build and lead a strong Quality community across European markets, driving engagement, consistency, and best-practice sharing
- Partner with Retail, Operations and Logistics teams to reinforce Quality in handling, packaging, and defect management
- Implement and refine KPIs, using data to identify trends and drive strategic improvements
- Conduct audits and training to align global teams with the Maison’s quality vision and standards
Desired profile:
- Engineering education
- Proven expertise in Quality management
- Strong background in data-driven improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent English
- Analytical, structured, and results-oriented, with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
Contract: Permanent, full time
