Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us in Amsterdam and shape the future of Data Activation at Supermetrics.

This is an exciting moment to join Supermetrics. With our recent acquisition of Relay42, we're connecting data directly to real-time customer activation and bridging a key gap in Marketing Intelligence. This unified platform will empower marketers to turn insights into growth faster than ever, and you'll play a key role in designing how that happens.

In this role, you will…

• Design with purpose: Shape intuitive, elegant interfaces that help marketers solve complex problems with confidence. You'll design tools that make data activation not only powerful but a joy to use.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with your product trio to bring ideas from concept to launch.
• Champion the user: Engage actively with customers to understand their workflows, needs, and challenges, ensuring their voices are reflected in design decisions.
• Evolve our ecosystem: Partner with the Design System team to refine Metri, driving new patterns that ensure consistency and coherence across the entire product platform.
  
  
  

Your Day-to-day Work And Responsibilities Include…

• Create high-quality designs: From concept sketches to polished prototypes, craft thoughtful, well-structured user interfaces that are effortless to use.
• Collaborate in implementation: Work closely with engineers to deliver your designs with precision and thoroughness, ensuring quality through every detail.
• Co-create with customers: Partner with marketers and data professionals to uncover insights and test solutions, translating their feedback into meaningful improvements.
• Iterate and refine: Consistently seek feedback from users and teammates to continuously improve your work and raise the design bar.
• Shape the system: Help grow and evolve our design system, ensuring it scales across a unified ecosystem of data products.
• Pushing design forward: Share your ideas in critiques, contribute fresh perspectives, and help the team ensure high standards in design quality and innovation.
  
  
  

This position is for you if you have…

Experience & Skills

• At least 5 years of experience designing software (preferably SaaS), with a strong portfolio
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with AI-driven tools for prototyping
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Extensive experience running fast, lightweight research to inform design decisions
• Interest or background in data-driven business or marketing

• Ability to break down complexity into clear, practical design solutions
• Ability to explore and iterate on design ideas quickly
• Balance between strategic insight and hands-on design execution

• Openness to feedback and professionalism in adapting approaches to find an optimal solution
