We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who is both creative and communicative, excited to take full UX ownership of all Get-e platforms and interfaces. You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering seamless experiences across internal tools and customer-facing platforms, touching every part of the user journey.

From designing flows for airline crew logistics to streamlining emergency travel booking for insurance clients, your work will have visible and wide-reaching impact. You’ll be involved in everything from UX research and conceptual flows to detailed screen designs and design QA.


What You’ll Do

  • Own UX design across all Get-e platforms: internal tools, portals, and customer interfaces
  • Design user flows, wireframes, and UI screens for both operational and external users
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals
  • Lead or support user research and testing, gather feedback, and turn insights into actionable designs
  • Use UX analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, FullStory, Mixpanel) to improve usability and drive decisions
  • Be hands-on in design QA to ensure visual and functional consistency in what goes live
  • Help evolve and maintain our design system for consistency and scalability across teams


Bonus Points

  • Background in travel, logistics, insurance, or mobility platforms
  • Experience designing interfaces that handle both automation and manual workflows
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and multi-language design considerations
