Aranan nitelikler aşağıdaki gibidir.
- Üniversitelerin lisans bölümlerinden mezun (Tercihen Bilgisayar Mühendisliği, Yazılım Mühendisliği vb.),
- React.js ile web projesi geliştirme konusunda en az 2 yıl tecrübeli,
- TypeScript ve modern Frontend araçlarında yetkin olan
- Tasarımları koda çevirme ve RESTful API'ları entegre etme konusunda deneyime sahip olan
- React.js prensipleri ve bileşen tabanlı mimarinin kapsamlı anlayışına sahip olan
- Next.JS ve TypeScript gibi diğer JavaScript framework’erinde tecrübeli
- Source Control uygulamaları ile çalışmış (SVN,Git, TFS – Tercihen SVN)
- T-SQL, Stored procedure, trigger, view vb. konularda bilgi sahibi,
- Analitik düşünme ve etkili iletişim yeteneklerine sahip,
- Gelişmeye açık, çözüm odaklı çalışabilen,
- Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış olan (veya en az 2 yıl tecil)
