Role Overview:
The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business decisions. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, building dashboards, and preparing reports that guide strategic and operational improvements.
The position ensures data accuracy and contributes to developing a data-driven culture across the organization.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
Data Collection & Analysis
- Gather and clean data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets).
- Conduct statistical and exploratory data analysis (EDA) for each newly launched feature.
- Identify issues and propose improvements for the next version (V.2).
Reporting & Monitoring
- Create weekly and monthly reports on product Performance. Build dashboards to track KPIs.
- Monitor feature performance and detect anomalies.
Data Classification
- Classify data into categories for further numerical and business analysis.
Business Insights
- Collaborate with departments to translate data into actionable insights. Provide recommendations to optimize processes, products, or services.
Data Governance
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance in all data usage.
Performance Indicators
- Accuracy and timeliness of weekly/monthly reports
- Quality of EDA findings and recommendations
- Stakeholder satisfaction with insights provided
- Improvement in product KPIs based on data-driven actions
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related role
- Statistical knowledge
- Knowledge of CFDs trading
- Knowledge of U.S. stock markets
- SQL, Excel, Python/R (preferred), visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), strong EDA and reporting skills
- Detail-oriented, curious, strong cummunication and presentation skill.
