Responsibilities

• Create complex analytical SQL queries and transform raw data into structured insights
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly campaign dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and management teams to guide data-driven decisions
• Design and interpret A/B tests to measure campaign performance and user behavior
• Build predictive models to enhance user experience and optimize marketing efficiency
• Monitor the accuracy and consistency of data sources, ensuring reliable decision-making
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and growth teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to generate insights from large datasets
• Proficiency in Excel; hands-on experience with SQL
• Experience working with mobile app data is a plus
• Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs and campaign optimization metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
