I&C LEAD ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise I&C field works, including instrumentation installation, cable routing, termination, loop checks, and functional testing.
• Coordinate process equipment interfacing (HRSGs, turbines, and auxiliaries) and ensure proper DCS signal integration.
• Manage subcontractors and support commissioning teams to meet project milestones.
• Enforce QA/QC and HSE compliance across all I&C scope.
• Provide technical oversight, daily reporting, and interface with construction and commissioning management.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, or Electrical&Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in I&C works within power plants or large-scale industrial projects (CCPP experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of DCS logic, instrumentation systems, and commissioning workflows.
• Experience with Siemens SGT-800 gas turbines and SPPA-T3000 DCS is a strong advantage.
• Effective leadership and communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• Field-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of working in dynamic site environments.
